CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time. Shuttle reservations have a cancellation fee of $5 per person for each leg of travel. There is a $25 cancellation fee for each direction of travel of Premier or Charter reservations cancelled outside of 24 hours.
CLOSE-IN BOOKING FEE: Reservations made within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up time are subject to a fee.
TIGHT CONNECTION OPTION: By opting for a tight connection when making a shuttle reservation, CME waives any responsibility for missed flights or for the shuttle on which you are booked.
SHARED RIDE SHUTTLE INFORMATION:
Check-in procedures: Upon arrival at Denver International Airport (DEN) or Eagle County (EGE): Please check-in at the Colorado Mountain Express ticket counter.
DIA: Please collect your luggage FIRST and then proceed to the CME service counter located in the Ground Transportation area in the center of the Main Terminal. Eagle Airport: Please check in at the CME ticket counter located in the baggage claim area, before collecting your luggage.
ALTERNATE VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT : Luxury motor coach service may be used during weekends and peak holiday travel periods as a supplement for airport transfers.
PET POLICY: Pets are not permitted on shuttles.
MINORS TRAVELING ON CME: Children younger than 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 years or older.
BAG POLICY: You are limited to 3 bags per guest, including carry on and sports equipment. In order to accommodate additional or oversized luggage, CME must be contacted in advance and additional charges will apply.
MISSED FLIGHT POLICY: Colorado Mountain Express will not be responsible for delays causing missed flights that are the result of inclement weather, unforeseen road closures, highway construction, abnormally heavy traffic, traffic that is being metered by the Colorado Department of Transportation, or any other conditions outside of its control. During Holidays and peak travel days, please be aware that weather, traffic or unforeseen road closures can severely impact travel times in the mountains. Availability may be limited for last minute changes.
We encourage guests to plan accordingly and/or purchase travel insurance to cover potential for missed flights and resulting expenses.
CME PREMIER INFORMATION - PRIVATE CAR SERVICE:
CME Premier guests should call the CME Premier check-in line on your confirmation letter, call 1-800-525-6363 or may check-in upon arrival at the CME service counter.
Reservations for all charter vehicles, including CME Premier, may be subject to wait time charges due to delays and circumstances that are outside our control.
Wait time will be charged at $92.00 per hour per vehicle including gratuity and will be billed in 15 minute increments.
PREMIER PET POLICY: CME must be notified in advance if a guest is traveling with a pet. Pets must be in a carrier case.

Vail Transportation Center: Drivers will meet guests on the top deck of the Vail Village Parking Structure located at 241 E. South Frontage Road, Vail, Colorado 81657.
Frisco Transportation Center: Drivers will meet guests at the Transfer station behind Safeway and Walmart at 1010 Meadow Drive, Frisco CO 80443.
Eagle Kum and Go store: Located on the north side of I-70 at Exit #147.
FREE Wi-Fi: Colorado Mountain Express offers free Wi-Fi across its entire fleet of 250 vehicles. Colorado Mountain Express has partnered with Verizon to deliver the fastest Wi-Fi available in the Rocky Mountains for guests traveling from any of the airports we serve to their destination. Guests will now be able to check email, get caught up on the latest news, surf the web or socialize with friends all from the comfort of their vehicle.
