Colorado Mountain Express Housing Requirements

Housing is available for CME seasonal employees

Housing is contingent upon an employee being employed full-time with CME.  If an employee fails to complete the training in any respect, chooses not to work full-time, harbors an unauthorized person, or is terminated for cause, the employee must vacate CME employee housing within five (5) days.

All housing is off-site. A security deposit of $300 and first month's rent payment are required to be paid within 10 days of your conditional Job offer. The range for monthly rent is between $540 and $660 for an individual room. Gas and electric utilities are included in the monthly rent. Telephone and/or internet service is not included in the monthly rent. These are last season's rates, and may be subject to change prior to your arrival.

Housing Safety
Living in CME housing is no different than living and traveling at home, or staying at a hotel when traveling to another unfamiliar country.  It is important to remind you to keep your doors locked at all times when you go to bed, or when you are away from your apartment.
