Housing Requirements

Housing is contingent upon an employee being employed full-time with CME. 
If an employee fails to complete the training in any respect, chooses not to
work full-time, harbors an unauthorized person, or is terminated for cause,
the employee must vacate CME employee housing within five (5) days.

In order to guarantee employee housing, an applicant, upon being hired, will be required to pay a $300 security deposit in advance, in addition to paying a partial first month’s rent payment of $300.  These funds are required to be paid by credit card or  sent to Jeaniene Kurth, Colorado Mountain Express, P.O. Box 580, Vail, CO, 81658-0580, using the Housing Deposit / First Month Partial Rent form available by clicking here.

Housing Safety
Living in CME housing is no different than living and traveling at home, or staying at a hotel when traveling to another unfamiliar country.  It is important to remind you to keep your doors locked at all times when you go to bed, or when you are away from your apartment.
